Day 1. Sunday, January 17, 2015.

Opening Reception at Blackfinn Ameripub (4840 Big Island Drive,Suite 05, Jacksonville, FL 32246, 904-345-3466) at 6:30 pm. 

Day 2. Monday, January 18, 2015.

Parking: The university is closed (MLK day), so you can park in lots 9 and 10 adjacent to Building 16 (Osprey Commons).
Alternatively you can park at the arena garage next to the Science and Engineering Building 50 for the afternoon sessions, then you don't have to walk.

Shuttle bus from Sheraton: Leaves at 7:45 AM. Drop off is in front of Building 16, Osprey Commons (or in Parking Lot 8), where the Talon room is.
Shuttle bus to Sheraton: Pick up at 4:20 PM in front the Science and Engineering Building 50, in Parking Lot 7.

Registration and morning lectures: Talon room at the top floor of Building 16 (Osprey Commons).
Lunch and poster session at the lobby of the Science and Engineering Building 50.
Afternoon workshops will be held at the Science and Engineering Building 50 - check the Workshop schedule for room numbers. 

Bus tour to St. Augustine will depart from the Sheraton hotel at 5:00 PM. 
Dinner. No organized plans - please feel free to form special interest groups and find a place on your own. 

Day 3. Tuesday, January 19, 2015.

Parking: you will have to purchase a parking permit from parking services and park at the Fine Arts Parking Garage 44 (anywhere but the ground floor). 

Shuttle bus from Sheraton: Leaves at 7:30 AM.  Drop off is in front of Building 16, Osprey Commons (or in Parking Lot 8), where the Talon room is.
Shuttle bus to Sheraton:  Pick up at 2:30 PM. Pick up in front of Building 16, Osprey Commons (or in Parking Lot 8), where the Talon room is.

Registration and morning lectures: Talon room at the top floor of Building 16 (Osprey Commons).
Lunch: No organized plans. You can eat at the cafeteria at the ground floor of Building 16 (Osprey Commons), where the Talon room is, or go to the Student Union (building 58) where there is a sit-down restaurant and bar, as well as a number of food-court style options on the ground floor. Going off campus is also a possibility.
